National Travel Service, Inc. (NTS) has travel agency operations in many countries around the world. NTS’s focus is to provide business travel services to employees of businesses with whom NTS signs a corporate travel services agreement. In doing so, NTS receives individual data from employees.
Data protection laws apply because the data can identify an individual person. The purpose is to protect individual rights by keeping personal data secure and regulating its processing so it is used only for its intended purpose.
NTS uses this Data Protection Statement to request traveler consent. Our policy considers U.S. privacy laws and often exceeds them. Our goal is to standardize global data handling within NTS.

NTS creates a Traveler Profile and a Passenger Name Record (PNR) for reservations. Reports may also be generated to analyze travel trends.
The Intelligent Traveler mobile app may use third-party chat software and share name/email if opted in.
Occasional travelers (“one-offs”) follow the same process, though exceptions exist (e.g., group travel). Clients providing traveler data must ensure legal compliance and traveler awareness.
